摘要:互联网金融整合信息优势、社交网络和第三方支付，有广泛的用户基础，有助于实现融资的民主化和金融的普惠性。其中，最具代表性的一种新型金融服务模式就是P2P模式，给传统金融格局带来了新的变化。目前，除了小贷公司和民间借贷为市场提供小额贷款的模式外，P2P网贷占据了重要的地位。相比较而言，一方面，网贷运营的成本远低于小贷公司；另一方面，其为无法提供担保、抵押的用户群体提供了便捷的融资渠道，最重要的是 P2P网贷由于借助网络突破了时空的限制，在规模上的发展空间远大于以自有资本放贷的小贷公司。而相对于传统的民间借贷，P2P网贷消除了向亲朋好友借款时不好意思的尴尬，并且高度分散化的投资方式使得即便发生信用风险也不至于对贷款人构成太大的影响。通过互联网把更多的用户直接对接，是一个金融去中介化的过程。未来 P2P 平台可能会与第三方支付公司联合，建立完整的支付体系，成为一个互联网端可以实现的借、贷的银行业务。

本系统的中融资产品模块主要实现融资产品管理和在线申请管理的功能，新闻模块主要实现了新闻的增删改查的功能，元数据管理模块主要融资产品类型管理和贷款周期管理的功能，企业管理模块主要实现了企业管理和企业报表的功能。
