摘 要：随着科技的发展，图像识别技术和语音识别技术逐渐成为人工智能的一个重要领域。基于Android的中英文教学手机软件是使用Java语言并借助第三方工具运用图像识别和语音识别技术来实现的。该软件的主要运作流程是借助手机摄像头扫描对应的图片进行图像识别，根据识别图像返回的信息播放出与图片对应的MP3教学文件，并提示用户跟读，与此同时将用户跟读的语音信息放入语音评测系统中进行评测，最后返回用户本次学习所得的分数。80774

Abstract：With the development of technology, image recognition technology and speech recognition technology have gradually become a important field in artificial intelligence。 The realization of mobile phone software for English and Chinese teaching based on Android depends on the use of Java language and the function of third-party with image recognition technology。 The main operation process of this software is to scan relevant images and recognize them with the help of cellphone cameras。According to the feedback of image recognition, the equivalent MP3 teaching file can be operated and the users are reminded to repeat。 At the same time, the speech information of the users will be assessed after analyzed in the speech quality evaluation , the scores of this learning win come out。
