摘 要：当今世界在不停的进步与发展，民航事业也日渐壮大，人们生活层次提高，消费习惯也不断变化，越来越多的人选择乘坐飞机出行，旅行也渐渐开始成为人们生活的一部分，机票网上预定与查询系统在各个机票预定网点中的重要性也日渐突出。如今，很大一部分酒店以及旅行社仍在使用人工预定的方式为顾客进行飞机票的预定，这对工作效率有极大的影响与制约。现如今是网络时代，IT技术不断发展并日渐成熟，引入高效实用的计算机系统，帮助处理机票预定的工作是时代所需。所以，开发出一套具有完整功能的实时机票预定系统势在必行。80824
机票预定系统是为广大消费者提供机票预定、机票改签及退票等功能的系统，同时，也是方便航空公司员工进行机票相关内容管理的一套系统。它的体系结构是开放的，具有易于维护、易于扩充、人机界面友好等优点。该系统不仅解决了用户信息库存储的信息量少，查询航班信息或用户信息效率不高等问题，更重要的是它更安全可靠，使航空公司的售票能够实现自动化。更能高效迅速地为航空公司的管理领导层提供准确的飞机票售票信息，让乘客能更方便地出行，便于航空公司内部员工进行机票信息的管理，大大提高航空公司员工对机票管理时的工作效率。
机票订购系统采用MySQL来设计数据库，并使用当前优秀的开发工具——Eclipse，以及主流J2EE架构-SSH来实现系统。
