摘 要高校考生的考试签到的管理工作是维护高校的正常教学纪律与秩序的一个重要环节。目前,传统的考试签到方法主要是通过监考老师核对信息,考生手写签到来确定考生是否参加考试的情况。采用这种传统的考试签到方式,既浪费监考人员的时间与精力,同时也带来不可避免的人工失误。因此,我们必须寻求一种适合于高校考试的签到系统。
本文主要针对上述问题研究了一种新的采用射频识别技术的考试签到管理系统,本系统采用ER301_SDK型号的读写器和其配套的电子标签,读写器负责采集电子标签内信息,并传送给计算机进行处理。本系统具有考生信息管理、考试信息管理、签到流程管理、签到结果管理等功能模块,能够将考生信息增加、删除、修改后写入射频卡中,同时也可以查询、分析以及打印考试签到信息。
结果表明,基于射频识别技术的高校考试签到系统具有很好的可操作性,能够有效解决学生进行实时签到的问题。由于射频识别技术可实现对射频卡的远程控制与自动监测的良好特性,从而可以有效提高高校考试签到的时效性,同时还可以有效地节约学校的管理成本。81302

Abstract College exam candidates sign of management is to maintain the normal order of teaching discipline and universities is an important part。 Currently, the traditional test method is to check the information sign by the invigilator candidates handwritten sign to determine whether the candidates to participate in the case examination。 With this traditional examination way sign, a waste of time and energy invigilators, but also brought the inevitable human error。 Therefore, we must find a suitable system for college exams and check-ins。
In this paper, the above problems, a new study using radio frequency identification technology exam registration management system, the system uses ER301_SDK types of readers and its supporting electronic tags, readers responsible for collecting electronic tag information and send it to computer for processing。 This system has the examinee information management, process management, attendance, attendance management modules result, it is possible to increase the candidate information, delete, modify-write after RF card, but also can query, analyze, and print test check-ins。
The results show that the new proposed based on radio frequency identification technology university exam attendance system has good operability, can effectively solve the problem of student attendance in real time。 Since the radio frequency identification technology enables remote control and the good characteristics of the RF card automatic monitoring, which can effectively improve the timeliness of college exams and attendance, but also can effectively save the cost of management of the school。
