针对上述现状，本文开发了一个基于移动互联网技术，集投资和融资为一体的 P2P 理财信息平台系统。本平台移动端涉及的客户只有两类，分别是投资者和融资者。 移动端采用了用户验证判断机制，注册时即可选择角色，更方便、安全、准确的定位 个人信息。融资者可以在线申请发布融资项目，在对项目进行详细介绍的同时，根据 实际情况制定收益率，并经管理员同意后，发布到线上供投资人查看。同样的，投资 者在线查看融资者发布的项目详情，可以直接进行投资。平台本身不涉及具体的项目 操作，只根据投资的金额进行固定百分比的收益。
本系统基于 Android 平台运行，后台管理界面采用 HTML5 技术并结合 Bootstrap 框架，界面设计良好。功能及业务逻辑采用 Java 技术。旨在模拟理财平台的融资投 资活动。经实验表明，本平台可以让人们可以更直观、更具体的了解理财平台带来的 影响，更熟悉理财平台的使用，让人们更信任理财平台的作用，促进人们之间的经济 交流和发展。
