摘要：随着汽车行业势头的减退，以汽车整体销售，汽车配件销售，售后服务和信息反馈的4s店经营模式已经变得司空见惯了，它作为汽车行业的一个龙头环节，在如今的信息社会，面临的产业升级的危机，人工的管理手段已经不能够很好的适应这个信息化的市场，所以在做好销售分析的同时，经营者也要注重信息化的管理与分析。81825

经过对过往文献以及相关的调查研究，综合各4s店的经营需求以及需要，设计4s店管理系统，本系统需迎合市场及店内管理的泛用，采用店内管理模式，由不同登入者选用不同的模块·，主要有四个管理模块，维修管理，销售管理，库存管理，客户管理。采用数据库的方式设计本系统增加了本系统的可憎改性，可移植性，增添了系统的可读性，方便了店内从业人员的使用，使得管理变得更加简单方便，实现了4s店管理的综合性需求。

本系统采用“Visual c#”作为开发环境，采用了mysql作为数据库开发平台，利用c#语言进行编程，界面简化，操作便利。

Abstract:  With the decline of the auto industry ，4s shop business which contains car sales, auto parts sales, after-sales service and information feedback has become common， it is a leading link in auto industry, in today's information society, facing the crisis of industrial upgrading, artificial management already can't adapt to the information of market well, so at the same time, the analysis of the sales operator also should pay attention to information management and analysis。

After of historical literature and his own investigation and study, comprehensive business requirements and needs of each 4 s shop design 4 s shop management system, this system needs to cater to the market and the store management domestic, using the store management mode, by different people choose different login module, there are mainly four management module, maintenance management, sales management, inventory management, customer management。 With the method of database design of the system increased the system modification, portability, add the readability of the system, and the use of the convenient store employees, make management become more simple and convenient, realize the comprehensive requirements of 4s shop management。 

This system USES "Visual c #" as the development environment, USES mysql as the database development platform, USES the c # language to program, the interface is simplified, the operation is convenient。
