摘要2000 以来，随着计算机及网络技术飞速发展，电子商务模式的普及，企业之间 的竞争也转向网络。企业在发展过程中发现人为管理已满足不了如今的需求，所以 开发以计算机，网络技术为基础的人力资源管理系统代替人为管理尤为重要。而人 力资源管理系统的开发也并非十分复杂，国内大部分软件开发公司都能完成。实践 证明开发方案是可行的。
论文在绪论中对课题的研究背景、现状趋势以及主要内容进行介绍。在第二章 中对于系统开发过程中运用的主要技术进行简单的介绍。在第三章中从技术、经济 以及操作可行性三个方面对系统进行可行性分析。之后对系统进行需求分析。在第 四章中对系统以及数据库进行设计，然后对系统的具体实现进行展示。最后对本次 设计做出总结，并对系统的缺陷做出展望。
本系统以一般中小型企业人力资源管理系统为基础，结合自身对于中小型企业 管理的研究所开发的面向中小型企业的人力资源管理系统。本系统是基于 java 语言， 后台采用的是 MySQL 构建的数据库，83312
前台采用 jsp 构建页面。本系统界面简洁，操作简单。本系统对企业内部管理 提供极大帮助，省时省力，为企业的发展提供人力资源管理的保障。

Abstract Since 2000, with the rapid development of computer and network technology and the popularity of electronic commerce mode, the competition between enterprises has turned to the network。 Companies find that artificial management cannot meet today’s needs in the process of development, so it’s particularly important to develop human resource management system based on computer and network technology instead of human management 。The development of human resources management system is not very complex and it can be completed by most of the software companies in China。 Practice shows that the development scheme is feasible。
In the introduction, the research background, the current situation and the main contents of the project are introduced。 In the second chapter, the main technology used in the process of system development is briefly introduced。 IN the third chapter, the feasibility of the system is analyzed from three aspects of technology, economy and operation feasibilities。 IN the fourth chapter, the system and the database are designed, and then the specific implementation of the system is demonstrated。 At last, the design is summarized, and the defects of the system are prospected。
This system is based on the general small and medium-sized enterprise human resources management system, combined with its own small and medium-sized enterprise management research in the development of small and medium enterprises in the human resources management system。
