摘要本文主要介绍的是用UG来完成4G35机体的三维模型并且对该机体结构作出一些说明。首先说明了4G35柴油机的各项性能参数,和国外的一些新型柴油机做出对比,找出国内柴油机发展存在的一些缺陷,并且提出了未来柴油机发展的几个方向。其次对比了现在主流的三维建模软件,将Pro /E、UG、 SolidWork的特点各自列出,提出了用UG来完成三维模型构建的原因:UG能够无缝隙集成的解决方案和有着全局相关性的特点。最后讲述的是如何构建4G35机体的三维模型。分别从柴油机的各个表面以及曲轴箱的角度说明4G35机体的特征构建方法。附加了对4G35机体的直孔和螺纹孔的加工要求,对其形位公差做出了说明,并给出了这样要求的原因。结合做出的三维机体模型解释了机体内部油道的作用,并且对机体的其他特征补充说明。84611

Abstract This paper mainly introduces the use of UG to complete the 4G35 body of the three-dimensional model construction and the body structure to make some instructions。 Firstly illustrate the performance parameters of the two 4G35 diesel engine, and some foreign new diesel to make comparison, find out the defects existing in domestic diesel engine development, and put forward several directions for the future development of the diesel engine。 Secondly compares the now popular 3D modeling software, Pro / E, UG, Solidworks, the characteristics of their respective lists, proposed using UG to complete the construction of three-dimensional model of the reasons: UG to slot integrated to complete solution and has the characteristics of global relevance。 Finally, it describes how to build a three-dimensional model of the 4G35 body。 Respectively from the upper surface, the different surfaces and the angle of the crankcase side of the 4G35 body of the characteristics of the construction method。 The processing requirements of the straight hole and the screw hole of the 4G35 machine body are added, and the shape and position tolerance of the machine body is explained, and the reason for the requirement is given。 The 3D body model made by the link explains the role of the oil channel in the body, and the other features of the body。
