摘要减温减压器是把高温高压蒸汽转换为用户所需气体的重要转换设备,对于国 内的工业生产中应用十分广泛。目前国内减温减压器来源主要依靠进口,经常出 现蒸汽质量不达标的情况,特别是负荷变化较大时,难以满足用户需求。针对这 一情况,本文设计了一种浸没式减温减压器,该装置为自行研发,能够自动适应 负荷变化,运行稳定可靠,具有重要的研发意义和实用价值。
通过对现有的实际减温减压器的分析,找到了影响装置运行不稳定的的主要 因素,提出了一种浸没式减温减压器,在已有的设计参数下对浸没式减温减压器 进行了热力分析,在综合分析的基础上,确定了该减温减压器的结构、材料和相 关结构参数,并运用了 AuToCAD 软件,对控制系统等结构进行了设计。最后对 浸没式减温减压器的热力设备和管道进行了应力分析及强度校核,结果表明浸没 式减温减压器运行安全可靠,符合技术要求。84847
通过本文设计的浸没式减温减压器,解决了国内传统的减温减压器在过热蒸 汽与装置中软水之间的质量配比上缺乏的一些有效手段,尤其是在负荷变化大时, 保障了供热蒸汽的质量,为减温减压器的研究和发展提供了有效的参考。

Abstract Temperature and pressure reduction means is an important device to convert the high temperature high pressure steam into a user desired gas, it is widely used for domestic industrial production。 At present, the main source of temperature and pressure reduction is imported from foreign, The quality standards of steam is no good, especially when the load change large, it is difficult to meet customer needs。 In response to this situation, this paper carried out an immersion temperature and pressure reduction, the device is self- designed, load changes can be adaptive and reliable, it has important research significance and practical value。
Through the analysis of the existing temperature and pressure reduction to find the main factors that influent the unstable operation, we propose an immersion temperature and pressure reduction, under the existing parameters we conduct thermal analysis and determin the structures, materials and various parameters,the control system and other architectures were designed by AuToCAD software。 Finally,we check the strength of thermal equipment and pipelines stress,the results show that it is safe and reliable and meet the technical requirements。
Through this design of an immersion temperature and pressure reduction, traditional issues of temperature and pressure reduction between the mass ratio of steam and superheated water device have been resolved, especially when the load change large,the quality of the heating steam has been secured, it provides an effective reference when we research the temperature and pressure reduction。
