摘要本文设计的热泵干鞋柜主要干燥对象为船员的军用胶鞋。装置设计系统分为热泵循环系统和空气循环系统两大部分。热泵是一种高效的高品位的能源,可以实现热能由低温向高温的转移,热泵干鞋柜就是利用热泵这一特点,干燥循环系统的干燥介质空气在冷凝器处能够获得数倍于压缩机耗能的热量,这些热量部分来源于压缩机消耗的电能,其余来源于蒸发器的排放废热,同时温度的升高使得空气的相对湿度降低,利于湿鞋的干燥。84895
针对干鞋柜运行过程中出现的启动速度过慢、干燥介质温度过高等问题,设计中分别设置电加热器、辅助冷却器等装置解决。在方案设计初步确定后,算出水分蒸发速率、耗热量、制冷量等,再选出合适功率的压缩机,对不同状态下的空气处理过程进行核算。接下来,进行蒸发器、冷凝器的结构设计计算,并对各个装置进行选型,完成干鞋柜控制方案的设计。最后,根据要求画出系统图,蒸发器、冷凝器的结构图。

For dry shoe in the running process of the startup speed is too slow, the drying medium temperature is too high, the design are respectively arranged electric heater, auxiliary cooling device。 In a preliminary to determine the design, calculate water evaporation rate, heat consumption and refrigeration quantity, and then select the appropriate power of the compressor, air under the different state process accounting。 Next evaporator and condenser's structure design calculation, and the selection of each device, drying shoe cabinet control scheme design is completed。 Finally, according to the requirements of drawing system diagram, evaporator, condenser structure。
