ADAMS4L88型四柴油机曲柄连杆机构动力学计算仿真

摘要曲柄连杆机构是柴油机中最重要的部件之一,因为工作过程中该机构承受的复 杂、交变的冲击载荷,所以设计柴油机时这就成为了重点和难点。采用传统设计和分 析方法已经不能够满足现如今的需求,而不断发展的多体动力学技术成为了一种能较 精确地对曲柄连杆机构进行动力学仿真分析的方法。86016

为了研究柴油机曲柄连杆机构在工作工况下运动规律和动力学性能,本文将利用 多体动力学仿真技术对 4L88 型柴油机曲柄连杆机构进行研究。本次研究主要使用软 件是多体动力学仿真软件 ADAMS,利用 ADAMS 软件分别建立 4L88 型柴油机曲柄 连杆机构各构件刚体模型。在建立几何模型过程中,尽可能简化其中的细小特征,使 其减少计算量,但不能影响求解精度。在此基础上,将模型装配起来形成曲柄连杆机 构刚体模型,再对其进行运动学和动力学模拟分析,得到曲柄连杆机构各构件的运动 规律即位移、速度以及加速度随时间的变化规律和构件间的力学性能,分析得到柴油 机在运动状态下各构件的动态载荷,并得到动态仿真过程。

研究结果表明:在摩擦阻力和作用在曲轴上的负载阻力的影响忽略不计的情况 下,利用虚拟样机技术对柴油机曲柄连杆机构进行动力学仿真分析工作,获得的仿真 效果较好。同时对于改进柴油机曲轴和连杆的设计,提高柴油机设计水平及整体性能 有很大的帮助,这样的手段既经济又有效。

Abstract Crank connecting rod mechanism is one of the most important parts in diesel engine。 It is a key and difficult point in the process of the work of the body to withstand the complex, alternating impact load。 The simplification of traditional design and analysis method is difficult to meet the needs of reality, and the development of multi-body dynamics and finite element method makes it possible to analyze the dynamics simulation of the crank link mechanism more accurately。

In this paper, the crank connecting rod mechanism of 4L88 engine is studied as the research object,and the dynamic performance of the crank linkage mechanism of diesel engine is studied by using multi-body dynamics simulation technology。The virtual prototype model of a crank connecting rod mechanism of a diesel engine is established by using the multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS。In the process of establishing the geometric model, it is possible to simplify the small features, so that it can reduce the amount of calculation, but can not affect the accuracy of the solution。Based on the virtual prototype model, using ADAMS software has carried on the kinematics and dynamics analysis,calculated the laws of motion (displacement, velocity, acceleration, etc。) and the forces acting on the members at any time and at any position, obtained the dynamic loads acting on the crankshaft during the working process,and gotten the dynamic simulation process。

In this paper,we mainly study the kinematics and dynamics of the crank link mechanism using the multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS,Under the influence of the load resistance without considering the frictional resistance and the effect on the engine crankshaft。The research results show that the dynamic simulation analysis of crank link mechanism of diesel engine can be accomplished by using virtual prototyping technology and finite element analysis method, and the simulation results can be obtained。At the same time it is of great significance to improve the design of diesel engine crankshaft,
