摘要传统的制造业往往都是先开发模具,再制造出样品,运用3D打印技术能大大缩短生产时间,减少成本。有一些好的设计理念,无论结构有多复杂,都能用3D打印技术短时间内制造出来。3D打印技术适用范围很广,建筑学、医学、生物学研究甚至是航空航天领域都要用到3D打印技术,为科学研究提供了重要的技术支持。86658
本文是根据相应的指标,设计一种便携式桌面级的3D打印机的结构,并对设计出的3D打印机的结构进行分析,设计部分包含了打印机整体尺寸的确定、传动方案的选取、步进电机的选取以及传感器的选取,通过比较市面上常见的三种桌面级3D打印机,最终确定3D打印机的整体结构为delta型。为满足打印要求,需要对其结构进行分析,计算出打印空间、同步带的寿命、打印精度以及对其主要部件进行强度校核。为检验整体方案的可行性,设计完之后运用Pro/E5。0对3D打印机进行三维建模,建出主要零部件之后再进行整机装配,装配结束后定义三个伺服电机对设计出的3D打印机的打印动作进行仿真。

This paper is according to the corresponding index, design the structure of a portable desktop 3D printer, and a 3D printer to design the structure analysis, design part includes printer overall dimensions of the determined transmission scheme selection, stepper motor selection and sensor selection, by comparing the common market, three kind of desktop 3D printer, and ultimately determine the overall structure of 3D printers for delta type。 In order to meet the requirements of printing, the structure analysis, the calculated print space, the lifetime of the synchronous belt, print accuracy and the main components strength check。 To test the whole scheme is feasible。 After design using Pro/E5。0 on a 3D printer for three-dimensional modeling, build the main parts and the whole assembly, after the end of the assembly defined three servo motor to design a 3D printer printing operation simulation。
