摘要:调节阀是各种流体装置中重要的控制设备,在国民经济各个部门中有着广泛的应用。随着市场需求的不断发展,对调节阀产品的要求也越来越高,不仅要确保调节品质,还需要降低节流能耗。过去人们侧重于从机械的角度研究调节阀。由于调节阀的内部结构比较复杂,流型多变,因此从水力的角度开展其内部流动分析的研究,有重要的理论意义和实用价值。
本文是根据任务书设计一个套筒式调节阀,并通过fluent对其进行流动特性研究,从而获得最优结构的调节阀。首先是阀门结构的设计计算,其次通过阀门的工作条件及基本技术参数的确定从而选择阀门的材料,然后是执行机构和附件的计算及其选择,最后通过fluent对调节阀的流道进行流场分析,并对流道的不足之处进行优化。2732
CFD数值模拟在调节阀设计中的应用,必将大大提高调节阀的技术含量与产品质量,对调节阀使用性能的不断提高具有十分重要的意义。

Regulating valve design with the study of flow characteristics
Abstract: Control valve is indispensable control equipment in kinds of fluidal equipment and has the extensive application in the national economy.Along with the market demand and developing,the request of product of control valve is also more and more high,not only to ensure the quality of regulation,but also to reduce the energy consumption of flow.While in the past,more attention was paid to the view of machinery.Due to complicated inside structure of control valve and plenty of flow pattern,it has theoretical meanings and practical value to study control valve inside flow on the view of hydraulics.
This article is based on the mission statement of a regulating valve design, and conduct research on its flow characteristics through fluent to obtain the optimal valve structure. Firstly, design and calculation of valve structure, then determined by the working conditions of the valve and the basic technical parameters in order to select the valve materials, after that is the calculation and selection of actuators and accessories, lastly, through the fluent of the flow control valve flow field analysis, and the shortage of channel optimization.
Application of CFD numerical simulation can improve the technical content and product quality of control valve,so it is very significant for enhancing performance of control valve.
