船用柴油机典型零件制造夹具参数化图库开发

以典型夹具设计为主,基于已有的模型、图纸与工艺信息确定船用柴油 机连杆的生产流程,对相关的夹具专利方案进行了归纳分析与总结,从而确定连杆夹 具的初步方案。

摘要:在船舶制造业发展的当下,对船用柴油机的需求有了很大的提升,对于船用柴油机的制造,一般的生产企业会选择重点加工其中的典型零件,如曲轴、连杆、箱体、缸盖等。典型零件的加工影响着企业的生产力与竞争实力,而夹具的设计与研究则能有效保障零件生产制造的质量。目前为止,夹具也已经发展出了相当完备的标准件体系,常见的夹具中的大部分零件均为标准规格,使用标准件进行设计能降低夹具的制造成本,缩短设计周期,简化设计难题。

本论文从船用柴油机典型零件夹具与参数化图库这两方面出发,归纳了一些典型的专利夹具设计,分析了各种专利方案的实用性,提取出可参考的部分用于船用柴油机典型零件夹具的设计。针对现有参数化图库需联网使用的问题,选择UG作为软件平台,通过部件族与重用库的结合,建立了一个船用柴油机典型零件夹具常用件的参数化图库,作为夹具设计人员的参考案例,为未来的夹具设计提供潜在的解决方案和设计思路。

Abstract:In the shipbuilding industry development of the moment, the demand for marine diesel engine has been greatly improved, for the manufacture of marine diesel engines, the general production enterprises will choose to focus on the processing of typical parts, such as crankshaft, connecting rod, basis, cylinder and so on. Typical parts of the processing of the enterprise's productivity and competitive strength, and fixture design and research can effectively protect the quality of parts manufacturing. So far, fixtures have also developed a fairly complete standard parts system, most of the common fixture parts use standard parts. Using standard parts can reduce the fixture manufacturing costs, shorten the design cycle and simplify the design problems.

In this paper, some typical patented fixture designs are summarized from the aspects of typical parts fixture and parametric library of marine diesel engine. The practicality of various patent schemes is analyzed, and some of the reference parts can be used to extract the typical parts of marine diesel engine design. At the same time, in order to solve the problem of using the existing parameter library, we choose UG as the modeling software, set up a parameterized library of typical parts of marine diesel engine. The library also has a few non-standard parts and typical fixture, as fixture design personnel reference case for future fixture design to provide potential solutions and design ideas.
