小口径弹引信本体机械加工工艺和工装设计

通过对小口径弹引信本体零件的分析,本着高效、低成本、质量有包证的原则,通过对本体零件的分析、基准面的选择、毛坯尺寸的确定以及误差计算等确定零件的加工工序。

摘要:本论文旨在通过对小口径弹引信本体零件的机械工艺及工装设计,设计出适合该零件的机械加工工艺与工装,以达到提高生产率,降低生产成本的效果。

本论文通过对小口径弹引信本体零件的分析,本着高效、低成本、质量有包证的原则,通过对本体零件的分析、基准面的选择、毛坯尺寸的确定以及误差计算等确定零件的加工工序,之后制作详细的加工工序卡和加工过程卡片,再通过对本体零件图和加工工序卡片的分析设计工序中需要使用的专用夹具。根据夹具所正对的工序及适用场合,合理选择与机床的定位方法。接着选择合适的基准确定夹紧方式,从而设计出该夹具。该课题研究成果为小口径弹引信本体零件的加工提供了理论与实践经验参考,有效的推动了该零件的机械工艺和工装设计应用。

Title Machining Technology and Tooling Design of Small Caliber Piston Body

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to design the mechanical processing technology and tooling suitable for the part through the mechanical process and tooling design of the small-caliber fuze body parts in order to achieve the effect of improving the productivity and reducing the production cost.

In this paper, the analysis of the parts of the small-caliber fuze fuze body is carried out. Based on the analysis of the parts, the selection of the datum plane, the determination of the blank size and the calculation of the error, the parts are determined by the principle of high efficiency, low cost and quality. Processing process, after the production of detailed processing process cards and processing process cards, and then through the body parts and processing process card analysis and design process need to use the special fixture. According to the fixture of the process and the application of the occasion, a reasonable choice with the machine tool positioning method. And then select the appropriate benchmark to determine the clamping method to design the fixture. The research results provide a theoretical and practical experience reference for the machining of the small part of the fuze body, which effectively promotes the mechanical process and tooling design of the part.
