摘要:海绵垫倒V槽起屑机是一种新型的专门针对海绵屑的起出的机器。在此之前,企业工厂中的工人只是对于海绵在加工完成后,用手工的方法,将海绵屑起出,操作量十分巨大,而且效率不高,但是作为工业生产中用途非常之广的海绵而言,这是完全不够的,所以本次设计,是针对用机器代替手工的方法设计一台海绵起屑机。本次设计完成主要完成以下工作:对于海绵起屑机设计的方案进行初步的设计,满足加工需求和加工条件。其次是对于起屑机的两个运动机构设计的选择方法,包括水平运动运动机构设计和垂直运动机构设计。然后是起屑机的整体部件结构设计以及系统运转的动力、速度计算,故障分析与解决方案。为了满足两个机构的运动,本文选取了链传动和螺旋传动作为机构的运动方法,而龙门式机架作为机器的主体构架,减速器和锥齿轮作为部件,辅助运动,设计出了海绵垫倒V槽起屑机。5322

Abstract :Inverted V- groove of foam-rubber cushion scraps removing machine is a kind of specific sponge chips out of the machine. Prior to this, the enterprise plant workers just for the sponge in the processing is completed, with the manual method, the sponge chips out, operation is very huge, and efficiency is not high, but as a sponge uses very broad industrial production, this is not enough, so the design, is the methods using machine instead of manual design of a sponge chip machine. This design mainly completes the following work: a preliminary design for the sponge chip machine design, to meet the processing requirements and processing conditions. The second is the selection method of design two motion mechanism of chip machine, including the design of horizontal movement and vertical motion mechanism design. Then is to calculate the overall structure design of cutting machine and system operation power, speed, failure analysis and solutions. In order to meet the two motion, this paper selects the chain drive and screw drive mechanism as motion method, while Portal style frame as the main frame machine, as a component, and the bevel gear reducer supplementary motor, designed the sponge pad inverted V groove chip machine.
