摘要:焊接变位机已经成为制造业的一种不可缺少的设备,在焊接领域把它分为焊接辅助机,其形式系列和品种规格约有十余个系列、百余个品种,正在成为一个新兴行业。本题目是设计能承约1吨的转载机前车架的焊接变位机的回转传动机构设计。本文在完成焊接变位机Y、Z两个回转自由度传动设计和型式结构设计的基础上,确立传动系统方案、传动比的分配、电动机参数、选择合理的减速机、回转支承确定以及校验等。具体过程是根据任务书的要求确定所需电机类型,包括转速、额定功率等,合理分配传动比,在此基础上确定摆线针轮减速器、联轴器、蜗轮蜗杆减速器、齿轮和回转支承等主要零件,并且对相关数据进行校核。最后使用CAD软件绘制相关零件图、总装图等。5493

The Design of the Rotary Drive Mechanism of the front Frame Positioner in a 5 Tons Loader
Abstract: Welding positioner has becoming indispensable manufacturing equipment,in the welding area it designated as welding auxiliary machines. The form of series and varieties specifications about more than ten series and hundreds varieties, it is becoming an emerging industry. This topic is to design about 1 ton of reproduced machine frame welding displacement machine rotary actuator . Main content is: the welding in Y and Z displacement machine two rotation degrees of freedom transmission design, supporting structure design, the choice of motor, speed reducer, the determination of the shaft and bearing as well as check and so on. Specific process of the design is determined according to the requirement of the specification required for motor types, including speed, rated power, etc., on the basis of cycloidal pinwheel reducer, coupling, worm gear and worm reducer, gear and slewing bearing parts, and to check related data. Finally, using the CAD software to draw the related detail pictures, assembly pictures etc.
