摘要近年来我国的动车事业蒸蒸日上,鼓形齿联轴器作为动车的关键部位,需求量越来越大。但其技术方面的不足正制约着我国的高铁事业向更高的方向发展。为了分析鼓形齿联轴器的振动特性,基于三维实体造型建立了多刚体模型,在多刚体模型的基础上对鼓形齿进行柔性化处理,建立联轴器的刚柔耦合模型,进行其动力学分析及仿真。用UG对鼓形齿联轴器进行了三维建模;用有限元前后处理器及分析仿真系统MSC.Patran对关键部件鼓形齿模型进行了有限元分析,最后用虚拟样机软件ADAMS对鼓形齿联轴器模型进行了刚柔耦合。分别研究了刚体模型和刚柔耦合多体模型的系统动态特性,并比较了两者的不同,结果表明考虑了鼓形齿变形的刚柔耦合模型更能反应鼓形齿联轴器的实际运作规律,它为鼓形齿联轴器的研究提供一种新的思路和方法。46649

Abstract
Recently, China's high-speed train is thriving. The demand for crowned gear coupling is increasing, which is the key part of the coupling. But the business is restricted to a higher career because of its technical deficiency. In order to analyze the vibration characteristic of the crowned gear coupling, a multi rigid body model was established based on 3D solid modeling. After the flexible treatment of the multi rigid body, a rigid-flexible coupling model was built. Three-dimensional modeling software UG was used to modeling, finite element analysis software Patran and Nastran was adopted to do FEA. A rigid-flexible coupling model was established based on virtual prototype software called ADMAS. The system dynamic characteristics of rigid body model and rigid-flexible coupling model were respectively studied and compared the differences between them. The results showed that rigid-flexible coupling models considering the crowned gear deformation reflected the crowned gear coupling actual operation regularity more accurately. It provided a new way of thinking and method to study the crowned gear coupling.
