摘要悬架是汽车上的一个非常重要的系统。它不但影响汽车的乘坐舒适性(行驶平顺性)、还对其他性能诸如通过性、稳定性以及附着性能都有重大影响。特别是越野车,对悬架的要求非常高,因为越野车的行驶环境不像普通车那样平稳,它一般都是在山路,沙漠地带行驶。所以对悬架的性能要求也相对较高,当然相比之下这类车型的悬架结构相对复杂,材料性能要求也高,成本肯定比一般车型高出许多,所以,本设计的主要目的就是在刚度,强度等条件的允许的范围内,能使所设计的产品结构最合理、性能最好、质量最高、成本最低(即技术经济指标最佳),有市场竞争能力,主要是对悬架结构中的钢板弹簧进行质量最轻化,在建立了数学模型,确定了约束条件后,应用Matlab优化工具箱,对钢板弹簧进行优化。49493
