摘要:随着现在我国国内环保新标准的推出以及执行,国内火电厂的NOx排放控制问题已经变得更加突出。通过对燃烧过程的调整和尾部烟气脱硝来降低NOx的排放已经成为了当前国内电站减排的主要技术方式。本文通过在系统阐述氮氧化物生成机理的同时,对国内外低氮燃烧技术的发展进行了研究和比较,分析了燃烧中氮氧化物生成的原因和控制其排放的常用的NOx控制技术及其应用情况。基于在研究和分析了氮氧化物生成机理的原理上,主要研究了在燃烧器的结构设计中应用国内外新型的低氮氧化物燃烧技术,来减少氮氧化物的生成以及排放。为了解决燃煤锅炉氮氧化物的生成排放,应用浓淡分离燃烧技术、空气分级燃烧技术等低氮燃烧技术,设计一个直流煤粉燃烧器,运用四角切圆切向燃烧方式,在主燃烧区设置一次风、二次风燃烧器喷口,在主燃烧区上部设置燃尽风系统(CCOFA和SOFA),从而达到减少NOx排放的效果。72100

Design of the Low-NOx Burner for Coal-fired Boiler
Abstract: With the introduction of China's domestic environmental standards and the implementation of new standards, the domestic thermal power plant NOx emission control problem has become more prominent。The reduction of NOx emissions through the adjustment of the combustion process and the tail flue gas denitrification has become the main technical means for the current reduction of domestic power plants。In this paper, the development of low nitrogen combustion technology at home and abroad is studied and compared by analyzing the mechanism of nitrogen oxides formation。 The reasons of nitrogen oxides in combustion and the commonly used NOx control technology Application situation。Based on the study and analysis of the principle of nitrogen oxide generation mechanism, this paper focuses on the application of new low nitrogen oxide combustion technology in the structure design of the burner to reduce the generation and emission of nitrogen oxides。In order to solve the generation and emission of nitrogen oxides in coal-fired boilers, a DC pulverized coal burner was designed by using low-nitrogen combustion technology such as shading separation technology and air classification combustion technology, and the tangential combustion mode was set up in the main combustion zone (CCOFA and SOFA) in the upper part of the main combustion zone, so as to achieve the effect of reducing NOx emissions。
