摘要在坦克装甲车辆、火炮等地面武器作战平台控制系统中都需要武器作战平台提供方位角和高低相位置信息,方位角传感器主要功能就是提供武器作战平台方向位置信息给火控系统,火控系统依据位置信息进行解算,控制火炮完成瞄准射击。方位角传感器的精度直接影响武器作战平台的射击精度。因此,方位角传感器的精度是影响武器系统射击精度的重要因素之一。本传感器由小型二级减速器、固定支架、旋转变压器组成,采用扭簧自适式消隙机构,保证了传递精度。炮塔座圈相对于坦克底盘的转角测量精度直接影响了坦克的射击精度,解决方位角测量精度问题是提高射击精度的关键[1]。本文提出一种将炮塔大齿圈与方位角测量装置直接啮合的机械传动结构。本文描述了方位角传感器的工作原理及工作过程,并通过Creo软件建立小型二级减速器模型,对减速器进行动力学分析,模拟分析其受力情况及运动情况。分析结果表明,该装置满足测量精度要求,有较强的理论意义和实用价值。76676

Abstract In the tank armored vehicles, artillery on the ground weapon combat platform control system needs to be operational platform azimuth Angle and height location information, provide azimuth sensor main function is to provide weapons combat platform direction position information to the fire control system, fire control system based on position information, control of artillery aimed shot。 The accuracy of azimuth sensor directly affect the firing accuracy of weapon combat platform。 Therefore, the accuracy of azimuth Angle sensor is one of the important factors that affect weapon system firing accuracy。 This sensor by small secondary reducer, fixed bracket, rotating transformer, the torsional spring adaptive anti-backlash mechanism, guaranteed the transmission accuracy。 Turret seat relative to the tank chassis directly influences the Angle measurement accuracy of the tank firing accuracy, solve the problem of azimuth measurement precision is the key to improve the firing accuracy。 In this paper, a new turret azimuth Angle measurement device directly engage with the big gear ring of the mechanical transmission structure, USES the torsion spring device such as a backlash, guarantee the transmission accuracy。 Azimuth sensor are described in this paper the working principle and working process, and through the Creo software model small secondary reducer, gear reducer for dynamics analysis and simulation analysis of the stress distribution and movement。 Through the analysis proved that this device meets the demand of measurement accuracy, has the strong theoretical significance and practical value。
