Pro/E80mm轴向增强型杀伤爆破榴弹总体设计

摘要本文对一种新型单兵携带作战弹药——80mm轴向增强型杀伤爆破榴弹进行了结构设计与特性仿真。该榴弹采用铝制弹体,有效降低了弹重,便于单兵作战携带。同时采用弹底可编程引信,可以根据目标距离,在弹药入膛后进行带线装定,精确控制引信发火时间,在目标上空实现弹丸空炸。该榴弹还通过在弹丸前部预制钨球杀伤元,拓展了弹丸前向杀伤场,填补了普通榴弹无前向杀伤场的空白,有效提高了毁伤目标的效能。

本文对弹丸的设计和仿真分析主要包括弹丸的三维实体建模及特征数计算、弹丸发射强度的仿真分析、弹丸气动特性的仿真分析、弹丸飞行外弹道的建模与仿真、弹丸飞行稳定性的计算分析和弹丸毁伤效能仿真评估等。

文中应用三维软件对弹丸进行了结构设计,通过软件获得了全弹的结构特征数,为后续进一步的分析提供了重要数据参考。应用ANSYS Workbench中的Static Structural模块对弹丸发射静强度进行了仿真和Transient Structural模块进行瞬态动力学仿真,得到了全弹在最大膛压时期的应力应变的极值和发射全过程中最大应力的变化曲线,并据此对弹丸发射强度进行了校核,结果表明弹丸强度满足发射要求。应用Fluid Flow(FLUENT)模块对全弹的气动特性进行了仿真,得到了一定飞行马赫数和一定攻角下的弹丸的速度云图、压力云图和气动系数。利用仿真得到的弹丸气动系数,本文编制了Matlab外弹道计算程序,对外弹道进行了仿真,得到了与实际相符的结果。文中还对弹丸的飞行稳定性进行了定量计算,计算结果表明弹丸具有较好的陀螺稳定性。最后,文章对弹丸的威力特性进行了仿真,预测了弹丸爆炸时钨球的飞散角以及对目标的侵彻作用,仿真表明毁伤效能达到了预定指标。

本文所进行的工作对弹丸的实际研制过程有一定指导作用。

Title   The overall design of 80mm grenade           

Abstract This paper designs and analyzes a new type man portable combat ammunition ——80mm axial enhanced blast fragmentation grenade。 The grenade uses aluminum projectile body, it can reduce weight effectively and be easy to carried by inpidual combat。 Meanwhile, the projectile uses the programmable fuze in the bottom, according to the target distance, the system sets the fuze in the bore, control the fuze firing time precisely to explode over the target。 The projectile arrange prefabricated tungsten ball killing element, extend the forward killing field, filling the blank to the ordinary grenade without forward killing field, effectively improves the efficiency of the damage target。

This paper mainly includes 3D modeling of the projectile, calculation of structural characteristic numbers, simulation of emissive strength, simulation of aerodynamic characteristics, modeling and simulation of flight exterior trajectory, calculation and analysis of flight stability, modal analysis and the simulation of damage effectiveness。

We use Pro/E to establish the 3D model of every part and assemble together。 Obtaining the structural characteristic numbers through software, which provide important data for further analysis。 Applying ANSYS Workbench to simulate static strength, we get the extreme value of stress and strain during the maximum bore pressure period。 According to the data above, the projectile emission strength is checked, the results show that the strength of the projectile meets the requirement of launching。

By using Flow Fluid (FLUENT) module, we simulated the aerodynamic characteristic of the projectile, and obtain velocity image, pressure image and aerodynamic coefficients of projectile under certain flight mach number and certain angle of attack。 Based on the aerodynamic coefficients of projectile, we compiled the program of external ballistic by Matlab, and carried out trajectory simulation, the results obtained are consistent with the actual results。 Pro/E80mm轴向增强型杀伤爆破榴弹总体设计:http://www.youerw.com/jixie/lunwen_88168.html
