汽车地板纵梁作为汽车车身的骨架,起着不可替代的作用。在车辆发生事故时,由于汽车会发生正面碰撞或者侧面碰撞,所以地板纵梁加强板就显得很重要。发生碰撞时,汽车受到压溃变形和弯曲变形,这时汽车地板纵梁加强板就能够有效地吸收和缓减车辆碰撞时的冲击能量,降低了对汽车本体和车内人员的伤害系数,从而得到了满意的能量吸收效果。因此,合理设计加强板的强度和刚度至关重要,这样一来可以满足所需要的安全系数。
本课题以汽车地板纵梁加强板为研究对象,运用有限元分析的方法完成对汽车地板纵梁加强板的动态特性分析;针对汽车地板纵梁加强板的受力情况和所需满足的强度、刚度要求,利用ANSYS软件进行模态分析,依照计算结果完成对零件的动态特性分析。

Car floor rails as the car body skeleton, plays an irreplaceable role。 At the time of the accident happens in the vehicle, because the frontal impact and side impact of the car, so floor longitudinal beam reinforcing plate is very important。 When a collision occurs, the car was crushing deformation and bending deformation, then that the car floor longer on strengthen board can effectively absorb and decrease vehicle collision when the impact energy, reduces the damage coefficient of personnel inside the vehicle body and a vehicle, so as to get the satisfactory energy absorption effect of fruit。 Therefore, it is very important to design the strength and stiffness of the plate, so that the safety factor can be satisfied。
This topic to automobile floor beam reinforcing plate as the research object, using finite element analysis method to complete analysis of the dynamic characteristics of automobile floor beam reinforcing plate; for automobile floor beam reinforcing plate stress and are required to meet the strength and stiffness requirements, by using the software of ANSYS modal analysis, according to the calculation results analysis of the dynamic characteristics of parts。
