摘要近年来，我国工业高速发展，工业生产中排放的大量含尘气体导致大气污染问题日 益严重，国家颗粒物排放标准不断提高，使得开发廉价可靠、符合超低排放标准的工业 锅炉除尘器成为目前极为迫切的任务。79706

首先，针对湿法除尘和过滤式除尘方法，介绍了其除尘机理和发展现状。结合目前 除尘技术，提出采用湿颗粒移动床除尘方式来实现高效除尘；其次，以一台蒸发量为 0。5 t/h 的蒸汽锅炉为对象，使用生物质燃料，对烟气性质进行分析；最后，根据设计标准， 针对一台容量为 0。5t/h 的生物质成型燃料锅炉，完成了一套过滤式湿法除尘器的结构设 计、湿过滤过程计算和湿过滤设备设计。

Title The design and process analysis of wet filter dust removal device

Abstract In recent years,our industry has developed rapidly 。A lot of dust and gas emitted from industrial production lead to increasingly serious problems of air pollution ,the standards of national dust removal is improved。So it is very urgent to develop the industrial boiler dust collector which is cheap and reliable, and meets the ultra low emission standards。

First of all,the dust removal mechanism and development of wet dust and dust filter status are introduced in this paper。Combined with the current dust removal technology, using the wet particle moving bed dust removal method to achieve efficient dust removal。 Secondly,the properties of flue gas that produced by 0。5t/h steam boiler burning biomass fuel were analyzed。 Finally,according to the principle and standards of design,the structure design of the dust collector, the calculation of the wet filter process and the design of the wet filter are finished for the biomass briquette fuel boiler with a capacity of 0。5t/h。
