摘要近年来由于金融危机造成的航运业低迷给造船行业带来不小的冲击和影响,造 成许多产品结构单一和管理运营不当的船厂倒闭以及被整合。因此,现在的船企面 临生存压力,不仅需要提高管理能力,更要寻找转型突破口。而液化气船就是建造 技术是最为复杂,价格也是最为昂贵的高附加值船舶,所以液化气船是现在诸多船 厂想做的船型之一。81955

本文先从当前造船行业背景、我国造船行业发展前景、造船行业发展历史以及 国内外研究现状开始介绍。随后介绍液化气船的历史、特点以及发展前景等。最后 从27500立方液化气运输船的基本情况作简要讲述,简单概要地介绍了造船生产设计 的理念、造船生产设计的发展历程、造船生产设计的基本方法等。

本文以课题“27500立方液化气船货舱底部307分段船体生产设计”为例。简要 分析27500立方液化气船,并介绍其建造方式、吊马设置及翻身等。最后以货舱底部 307分段为重点绘制该分段生产设计的必要图纸,包括307分段的结构图册,拼板图 册、吊马图以及307分段的零件明细表。

Abstract In recent years as the financial crisis caused by the shipping industry downturn for shipbuilding industry big impact and influence, cause a lot of single product structure and improper management operating shipyard collapse and be integrated。 So now, ship companies face pressure to survive, not only need to improve the management ability, more to find transformation breakthrough。 And liquefied gas ship is construction technology is the most complex, the price is also the most expensive high added value, so the gas carrier is one of the form of many shipyard want to do now。 This article first from the shipbuilding industry background, development prospect of China's shipbuilding industry, shipbuilding industry development history and research status at home  and abroad began to introduce。 Then introduces the history and characteristics of liquefied petroleum gas ships, and prospects for development, etc。 Finally, from the basic situation of 27500 cubic liquefied gas carrier a brief story, simple summarily introduces the shipbuilding production design concept, the development of shipbuilding production design, the basic method of shipbuilding production design, etc。 Based on the project "27500 cubic liquefied gas ship cargo hold 307 section at the bottom of the  hull production design" as an example。 The brief analysis of 27500 cubic LPG ship, and introduces its construction way, hanging horse setting and turn over, etc。 Finally, with emphasis on the cargo hold 307 section at the bottom of the necessary to draw the panel production design drawings, including the structure of the atlas 307 section, puzzle the parts lists of atlas, the misty and up to 307 section。
