摘要过盈配合联接具有传递扭矩大、可靠性强、定心精度高等优点,广泛应用于无键联接,并在无键联接领域占据着越来越重的地位。本文设计了一款轴孔过盈配合装拆用液压推拉器用于装拆过盈配合联接。82797
本文介绍了液压推拉器的装拆工作原理及安装工艺,用三维建模软件SolidWorks建立液压推拉器的三维模型,对曲轴减震器的装拆过程进行运动仿真分析。然后对推拉器体和刚性活塞进行有限元分析,运用ANSYS软件做非线性结构静力学分析,分析液压推拉器的受力以及变形结果以校核其结构。并绘制零件二维工程图。
运用CFD计算流体力学分析软件对使用SolidWorks建立的进油以及出油油路模型做流体分析计算。运用Gambit软件对模型做网格划分前处理,Fluent对推压油路流场进行数值模拟,并用图像的形式给出计算结果。这对液压推拉器的实践研究有重要的参考意义。

Abstract Interference fit joint can transfer large torque, strong reliability, centering precision higher merit, widely used in keyless connection, and the keyless coupling field plays a more and more important role。 This paper introduces the design of a shaft hole interference fit with the hydraulic push-pull device for dismantling dismantling interference fit joint。
This article introduces the working principle and installation technology of the hydraulic push and pull device, and establishes the three-dimensional model of the hydraulic push and pull device with the 3D modeling software SolidWorks。 Then the finite element analysis is performed on the push and pull device and the rigid piston。 The nonlinear structure statics analysis is made by using ANSYS software。 The stress and deformation results of the hydraulic push pull device are analyzed to check the structure。 And draw the part two dimensional engineering drawing。
Using CFD computational fluid dynamics analysis software to use SolidWorks to establish the oil inlet and the oil circuit model to do the fluid analysis and calculation。 Using Gambit software to deal with the model, Fluent is used to simulate the flow field of the thrust and pressure oil path, and the calculation results are given in the form of image。 This has an important reference value for the practice of hydraulic push pull device。
