摘要我国的融资租赁开始于20世纪80年代，经过三十多年的不断探索，融资租赁证明了在企业融资难问题上相比传统银行贷款具有优势，企业融资租赁得到了一定的发展。但是由于我国融资租赁发展时间较短，行业还存在各种各样的问题，融资租赁企业难以长久存活且融资租赁业不能得到全面的发展。论文通过对我国企业融资租赁的案例分析，更直观地呈现企业选择融资租赁对比银行贷款具有的融资期限长、延迟交税、资金流动性强等相对优势；从租赁公司角度分析企业融资租赁，总结我国企业融资租赁还存在的法律不完善、政府支持不足、融资渠道狭窄、专业人才缺失、盲目创新等问题，并对存在的问题提出合理的建议，给企业融资租赁提供参考。84939

Case and analysis of financial leasing
Abstract China’s financial leasing was started in 1980s,after more than 30 years of continuous exploration, lease financing proved：comparing to traditional bank lending ,it has many advantages in enterprise financing problem; financing lease enterprise got certain development。 However, due to the short development time of China's financial leasing, the industry also has a wide range of problems, it is difficult for financial leasing companies to survive and the financial leasing industry can not be fully developed。 Through the case of financing lease of our country enterprise analysis, it is more intuitive to show the company choose financing lease versus bank loans has relative advantages such as the short financing period, deferred tax, liquidity and so on ; from the perspective of leasing companies analysis of financing lease, summarizes the financing lease of our country enterprise also has problems in the law is not perfect, the lack of government support, the financing channel is narrow and other problems and on problems proposed reasonable suggestions, to provide reference for the financing lease。
