摘要随着会计信息使用者对财务报表需求的不断增加，会计报表附注的重要性也越来越高，但是目前上市公司会计报表附注的披露还不能很好地满足管理的需求。本文从报表附注的相关概念以及其历史演进的基础入手，通过比较分析不同的上市公司报表附注披露的相似点和内容之间的差异，发现会计报表的附注披露存在的缺陷及其症结所在，最后分别从国家政策、政府监管、上市公司和中介机构角度提出完善的方式方法，使得报表附注能提供质量更高的相关会计信息。86666
