摘 要：企业价值评估主要是在企业合并、转让、重组等活动中辅助投资者更好地了 解目标企业的状况，随着社会经济的发展，衍生出了几种企业价值评估方法，价值评 估理论也得到了完善。在进行企业价值管理的过程中，首先需要知道的就是企业本身 的价值以及影响其价值的各个因素。本文首先介绍了企业价值评估研究的目的意义及 方法，并对不同的方法加以比较，得出各自的优缺点及适用性。其次依据企业价值评 估的有关理论，结合医药行业的特殊性，评估云南白药集团股份有限公司的企业价值， 以此做出理性的分析。评价企业价值的目的在于帮助我们更好地理解创造价值的过程， 因此做好企业内在价值评估一方面可以更好地制定企业价值目标另一方面也帮助管 理者进行企业价值最大化的管理。85563
