摘 要：随着我国企业制度改革以及经济全球化的不断加深，现代企业制度在我 国逐渐开始建立，在我国社会主义市场经济制度的环境下，海内外市场竞争程度 愈加激烈，激烈的竞争环境以及周期性的金融危机引起了企业以及经济学界对于 财务风险的关注。财务杠杆作为控制和利用财务风险的有效手段，财务杠杆系数 主要用于衡量财务风险大小的指标系数，本文使用财务杠杆效应理论，以苏州朗 利斯电子科技有限公司公司数据为案例，进行杠杆系数与其效应的分析，反映出 财务风险管理中财务杠杆产生负效应的原因以及财务杠杆使用的局限性，最后针 对存在的问题，给出中小企业利用财务杠杆的合理建议。85568
