摘 要：本文从新浪财经网搜集相关的财务数据，依据这些指标对洛阳玻璃自2012年到2016年约五年关于资本结构、融资方式等问题进行分析，并与同行业的10家上市企业2016年对外公布的年报财务数据进行对比，发现洛阳玻璃目前资本结构存在的问题，提出相应的对策。全文共分为五部分：第一部分,主要阐述了本论文的研究背景、研究意义及国内外研究现状。第二部分, 资本结构相关概述和资本结构相关的含义，为以后各章研究提供必要的理论基础。第三部分,根据洛阳玻璃的现状，主要从债务资本构成、权益资本构成、债务权益、和股本结构比例等多方面进行研究洛阳玻璃的权益资本。第四部分,洛阳玻璃资本结构与同行业比较存在的问题。第五部分,根据资本结构分析得出的研究结果,提出对洛阳玻璃公司优化资本结构优化调整的建议。85615
