摘 要：改革开放后，中国市场经济的不断发展，经济体制改革的不断深入，各个行 业中的小微企业数量不断增加，企业规模也越来越大。近年来，伴随着小微企业的增 多，与企业内部专职会计相对应的会计代理记账作为一种专业化会计服务项目也应运 而生。基于小微企业自身的资金量，经营规模，企业管理模式，小微企业可以对聘用 自有会计与代账公司会计的优缺点进行综合分析，从而做出聘用自有会计或让代账公 司代账的决策。85823
