摘 要： 服装业在我国国民经济发展中占据重要地位。然而近年来服装企业的财务风险 问题日趋显著。其中，企业的主要问题大多数是由内部资本结构不合理导致的。在此背景 下，本文以海澜之家为例，采用定性分析、定量分析相结合的方法。先对公司的资本结构 进行分析，再与服装业的其它知名企业进行对比分析，从中发现企业资本结构中存在的问 题，并提出相对应的建议，为完善企业自身的资本结构提供一定的理论指导和实践参考。 85825

Abstract：The garment industry occupies an important position in the development of China's national economy。 However, in recent years, the financial risk of garment enterprises  is becoming increasingly prominent。 Among them, the majority of the main problems of enterprises is caused by the irrational internal capital structure。 In this context, this article to Hailan home, for example, the use of qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis of the combination of  methods。
