摘要：伴着社会的不断地发展，我们的国家的经济方面的硬实力也有一定的发展，这些我们都可以看得到。同意情况下，企业策划管理中的财务预算就显得很重要了。在我们的平时常的生活里面，财务预算管理扮演着的角色显得非常重要。本文针对联想公司公司在财政预算管理中存在的一些问题，我们进行了彻底的分析，并且经过不断地努力探寻解决这些问题的办法，提出了针对性的意见。论文的第一章叙述了研究的内容和相关的意见，其中包括一些专家的研究现以及研究的主要方式研究对象等；第二章着重叙述了一些专家对于财政预算的一些个人的观点和相关的理论；第三部分我们依据该公司概况以及基本财务近况和预算执行情况来关于财政预算管理方面进行详细分析；第四与第五部分部分是前瞻性分析举行优化研究，指出联想公司目前存在的不足之处并分析其存在的原因，然后我们根据上述的一些情况提出自己的一些独到的见解。91898
