摘 要：伴随着我国经济的疾速成长，资本在这过程中逐步积攒起来，大大改善了资本欠缺的情况。但是集资难还是困扰企业的问题之一。在企业集资方面，上市公司与其余公司的差别主要是有特殊的融资渠道——股权再融资。而且我国上市公司的股权再融资问题与发达国家的还是有所差距，我国的再融资方式比较简单，能够体现出投资者强烈的股权融资偏好。一个公司再融资方式的选择不但会对自身的资本构造造成影响，还会影响市场的资金配置率。因而我们探究上市公司的股权再融资偏好的问题，能够更好地实习上市公司再融资行为的规范性，甚至对资本市场环境的改善都有着重大作用。92060
