摘  要：改革开放30多年，服装业已成长为我国国民经济的支柱产业之一，服装业上市公司也成长为我国证券市场的重要板块。但是由于国际市场不景气、内需疲软、传统要素优势逐步丧失等原因，服装业的发展进入深水区和攻坚期，服装业上市公司出现了利润严重下滑、退市的现象。在这一背景下，本文首先阐述了财务绩效评价理论基础，并在此基础上选取了服装业上市公司财务绩效评价的方法、构建了服装业上市公司绩效评价指标体系。随后，选取在我国 A股上市的26 家服装业上市公司为样本，收集相关财务数据，应用因子分析，对我国服装业上市公司的财务绩效进行了实证研究并提出了相应的政策建议。

Research on Financial Performance Evaluation of the Clothing Industry Listing Corporation in China

Abstract：Because of 30 years of Reform and Opening, clothing industry has grown into one of the pillar industries of our national economy,clothing industry listed companies have also grown into an important plate of China's securities market.However, due to the international market downturn, weak domestic demand, the gradual loss of traditional elements and other reasons,the development of the clothing industry has also entered the deep water area and tackling,the clothing industry listed companies appeared to a serious decline in profits, delisting and so on.Based on this context,the article first elaborates the theoretical basis of financial performance evaluation,and on this basis, the article selects the method of financial performance evaluation of listed companies in clothing industry, and constructs the performance evaluation index system of listed companies in clothing industry.Then the article uses China's A shares listed on the 26 clothing industry listing companies as a sample,collects relevant financial data, applies factor analysis to analyze the financial performance of the listed companies in China's clothing industry and puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions.
