摘要：首先，本文从理论上探讨了现金分红的重要意义，并对我国上市公司进行现金分红的主要动因进行了分析总结。其次，在了解了近年中国证监会关于现金分红政策规定的发展演变过程的基础上，又对比分析了S&P500成份股与中国上市公司现金分红的现状，结果发现，相比于国际成熟市场中的上市公司，我国上市公司的现金股利支付率还停留在较低水平，并且也未显现出上升的迹象，在现金分红方面的表现还有待提高。最后，文章对导致我国上市公司在现金分红方面表现不佳的原因进行了分析，并提出了政策建议。30024

On the listing Corporation cash pidend policy
Abstract:
Firstly, this paper discusses the important significance of the cash pidend, and analyzes the main reasons of the listing Corporation in China.. Secondly, in the understanding of the in recent years, the China Securities Regulatory Commission on the cash pidend policy development process based on and comparative analysis of the status of the stocks of the S & P500 and Chinese cash pidends of listed companies. The results showed that compared to the mature international market in listed companies, Chinese listed company's cash pidend payment rate still in a low level, and showing no signs of rising, there is a need to improve the performance in terms of cash pidends. Finally, the paper analyzes the reasons of the poor performance of the listing Corporation in cash pidends, and puts forward policy recommendations..
