摘要:股利是上市公司分配给股东的税后收益，它反映着上市公司的经营行为和经营业绩。股利政策是现代公司财务管理的三大核心内容之一，一方面，它是公司筹资、投资活动的逻辑延续，是公司财务行为的必然结果；另一方面，恰当的股利分配政策，不仅可以树立起良好的公司形象，而且能激发广大投资者对公司持续投资的热情，从而为公司的长期、稳定发展打下坚实的基础。
本文通过对上市企业股利管理相关文献的研究，结合理论研究和实际情况，对上市企业股利管理存在的现状和问题进行探讨、分析，研究其深层次的原因，从而提出合理的改善方法的方法与建议，促使企业股利管理更加有效。35357

Empirical Study on the pidend policy of listing Corporation
Abstract:The pidend is distributed to the shareholders of the listing Corporation after tax income, which reflects the operation and performance of the listing Corporation. Dividend policy is one of the core contents of the Modern Corporation, three of financial management. On the one hand, it is the continuation of the company financing, investment logic, is an inevitable result of the company's financial behavior; on the other hand, appropriate pidend policy can not only set up the company, the image of good, and can inspire the investors to continuously invest in the Company enthusiasm, thus a solid foundation for the long-term, stable development of the company lay.In this paper, by the study of relevant literature of pidend management of listed companies, the combination of theoretical research and actual situation, carries on the discussion and Analysis on the current situation and problems of pidend management oflisted companies, to study the deep-seated reasons, and puts forward the methods and suggestions to improve the method of reasonable pidend,makes the enterprise management more effective.
