招商银行理财业务风险管理与研究

摘要：随着我国的经济的不断蓬勃发展，人们对理财的意识不断增强。随着我国金融体制改革的不断深化，金融的工具也在不断地朝着创新的方向发展，这使我国的个人理财业务的发展的越来越好；同时，我们发现如今银行之间的理财产品越来越雷同，我们应该把重心放在个人理财的风险研究与管理上，我们也应该更加注意如何规避风险。43517

本文主要介绍了以下内容。首先的话是引言，这一块主要介绍了招行理财业务风险管理的研究的意义和研究背景。其次是关于本研究的发展现状以及招行理财业务的发展历程。再次是通过一些案例来阐述招行理财业务存在的风险，以及风险的种类。接着是关于招行理财业务风险存在的原因以及招行理财业务发展的现状。然后是关于解决招行理财业务风险的一些对策。这一部分也是本文的重点部分，通过国内外一些优秀银行理财业务的举措来更好的解决我行存在的风险，接着通过外部风险以及内部风险来解决银行理财业务风险。最后来讲述了一个招行这几年应对风险而做出的很多的改进，比如说，手机银行的出现，还有微信小招，以及最近出来的Apple Pay等等。经过本文的探索希望能发现招行理财业务存在的问题与风险，并采取十分适合的措施来解决这个问题。

ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of our country economy,people are more and more aware of personal finance .AT the same time ,with the reform of our country finance ,the financial way is developing in a creative way ,making our personal finance more and more well;at the same time ,we find many financial products are more and more same,we should pay more attention to the personal risk research and management ,and we should also pay more attention to risk.

This paper mainly introduces the following contents. The first is the introduction, which mainly introduces the study of a CMB financial business risk management, the significance and research background. The second is the development of the present situation of the research and development of China Merchants Bank financial business. Then through some examples to explain the risks of China Merchants Bank financial business, and the types of risk. Then the present situation about the reasons for bank risk management business and the financial business development of China Merchants bank. Then is about some countermeasures to solve the bank risk management business. This part is the key part, through the domestic and foreign some excellent banking financial business initiatives to better solve our risk exists, then through the external and internal risks to solve the banking business risk. Finally tells the story of a China Merchants Bank over the past few years to cope with risks and made a lot of improvements, for example, the emergence of mobile banking, as well as micro channel small strokes, and recently came out of the apple pay and so on. Through the exploration of this thesis hope to discover problems and risks in the China Merchants Bank financial services, and take the most appropriate measures to solve the problem.
