摘要：在上市公司中，实施股权激励的目标在于将企业的经营者（管理层）与企业的所有者（股东）双方的利益进行协调，使二者成为利益共同体。这样管理者就会尽其所能地经营企业，创造更多价值。基于理论和实践的角度，本文选择了2013-2015年期间我国上市公司中股权激励实施的相关数据，用于研究股权激励与企业价值之间的关联性。本次研究以数据构建模型并进行实证分析。经过研究，发现对于上市公司来说，股权激励不存在显著的线性影响。基于分析结果，本文对上市公司的股权激励制度提出了不同方面的建议。51784

The empirical analysis of the influence of Equity Incentive on Listed Companies’ Value

ABSTRACT：In listed companies, the implementation of equity incentive is aimed at business owners (management) and business owners (shareholders) to coordinate the interests of both sides, so that the two become a community of interests.So managers will do their best to operate businesses, creating more value. Based on theoretical and practical points of view, we selected 2013-2015 period, Chinese listed companies, data relating to incentive stock options to study the correlation between equity incentive and the enterprise value. The study built a data model and did the empirical analysis. After the study, it is found that for listed companies, significant linear impact of equity incentive does not exist.Based on the analysis results, the paper made some recommendations regarding company's equity incentive system.
