摘 要：经济全球化的深入展开以及互联网的普及和高速发展，企业的风险意识不断增强，内部审计的重要性也不断凸显，它已逐渐成为企业自我监督的关键部门。当前，我国内部审计在部门独立性和审计质量等方面还存在许多问题，并且我国内部审计在相关法律法规方面还不完善，而内部审计外包能够有效解决内部审计存在的一些问题。内部审计外包的目的是为了实现企业价值最大化，内部审计和外部审计的有效结合，能实现企业资源的优化配置，提升竞争优势。企业应结合自身情况，选择合适的外包机构，积极地和外包人员交流合作、互相监督，控制外包风险，提升外包质量。54764

Abstract：As the rapid development of economic globalization and the Internet, enterprise risk awareness has been growing, and the importance of internal audit has been highlighted, which has gradually become a key sector of enterprise self supervision. Currently, the internal audit of our country still exist many problems in the Department independence and audit quality, besides, the relevant laws and regulations of internal audit in our country are still imperfect. All these problems can be solved by internal audit outsourcing, which can maximize the enterprise value. Through the effective combination of internal auditing and external auditing, the optimal allocation of corporate resources can be achieved to enhance competitive advantage. Enterprises should choose the appropriate outsourcing mechanism, actively communicate and cooperate with outsourcing personnel, and supervise each other to control outsourcing risks and improve the quality of outsourcing according to their own situation.
