摘  要: 目前家电市场已趋于饱和，发达的科技使得家电行业的竞争非常激烈，为了追求最大利润，有的家电制造企业缺乏风险意识，往往只重视销售，不管账款是否能按时收回，企业的应收账款主要就是由赊销引起的。应收账款对于企业而言是把双刃剑，它虽能增加企业的销售，但高额的应收账款背后隐藏着巨大的风险，所以应收账款的管理很重要。而能否选择恰当的应收账款管理方法决定了应收账款管理是否有效，应收账款的管理方法包括事前、事中、事后管理。  54858

Abstract：The current household appliance market has been saturated, the advanced technology makes the competition been more fierce, in order to the maximize profits, some appliance manufacturing enterprises are lack of the risk awareness, they just pay attention to sales, but ignore the accounts receivable ,the accounts receivable of enterprises is mainly caused by product of credit. Each coin has two sides, the accounts receivable can increase the company's sales, but it has a huge risk, therefore, the management of accounts receivable is every important, and the appropriate methods leads to the effective management of accounts receivable, Accounts receivable management including prior, during and after the charge sales.
