摘 要：随着世界格局的调整，开发发展新能源已成为热门的话题。其中，资金紧缺是其面临的主要问题。本文主要运用文献研究法、调查法、研究性描述法等对新能源行业项目融资模式进行研究。通过阐述新能源行业项目融资现状、融资渠道、融资原则，以及融资过程中存在的信息不对称、政府及金融服务机构支持力度不够等问题，来分析资金缺乏的主要原因。最后对企业、政府及金融服务机构分别提出相应的改进和完善措施，来减缓资金问题。54861

Abstract：With the adjustment of the global structure, exploiting and developing the new energy has become a hot topic. The lack of funds is the main problem. This paper researches the financing modes of new energy with literture research methods,survey methods and descriptive methods. To analyse the main causes of the lack of funds by describing the financing situation,procedures and principles of the project of the new energy industy,as well as the information asymmetry or the lack of government and the financial service agency’s supports during the process of the financing modes. Finally, this paper puts forword relevant measures to enterprises,government and financial service agency inpidually to relieve the funds problem.

1  引言

1．1研究背景及意义

能源的消耗及环境的污染迫使我们开发新能源来应对当前的局势。自2008年起，在国际经济影响下,央行采取从紧货币政策,造成银行资本紧张、国外金融机构的信贷资金减少,而企业自然成为受冲击地方。难以从金融机构获得贷款,限制银行信贷资本越来越集中于大型企业,企业银行信贷融资困难,部分企业因为资金链断裂而破产。新能源企业更是如此，目前仍有许多新能源企业融资只能选择民间高利率借款，因此新能源企业的融资困难成为经济发展关注的焦点。 新能源行业项目融资模式研究:http://www.youerw.com/kuaiji/lunwen_59090.html
