摘  要：长期的计划经济导致我国企业成本管理理念无法适应市场经济，经济体制的改变给企业的生存和发展带来了巨大压力。企业要想在市场上长盛不衰，就要对产品成本进行了解和控制。而物流企业作为典型的成本居高不下的企业，对其进行成本控制研究与分析就变得意义重大。本文选取了昆山德邦物流公司来研究，把它作为物流企业的一个代表来进行成本控制分析。通过运用综合分析法、作业成本法，对昆山德邦物流公司的业务范围、成本构成及成本控制现状进行详细分析，找出成本控制中存在的问题，并提出优化方案，目的就是为了优化物流企业成本控制，增强企业竞争力，增强企业经济效益。56540

Abstract: The long-term planned economy has led to management concept of the enterprise cost which cannot adapt to market economy in our country. The change of economic system has brought great pressure to the survival and development of enterprises. If an enterprise wants to be prosperous forever in the market competition, it should know the product cost a lot and try to control. As typical high cost of enterprises, it is very important for logistics enterprises to do some research and analysis in the cost control of product. This paper chooses Kunshan Debang logistics company as a representative of logistics enterprises to conduct the analysis of cost control. To use comprehensive analysis and Activity-Based Costing to do the detailed analysis in the business, cost structure and the current situation of the cost control in Kunshan Debang logistics company. To find out the problems in the cost control, then, to come up with the prioritization scheme to optimize the cost control of logistics company, to enhance enterprise competitiveness, and increase the economic benefits of the enterprise.
