摘要：随着中国经济的不断发展与繁荣，给众多行业带来了不少的影响，我国的会计师事务所市场也不例外。会计市场的开放，使得国际会计事务所可以进入中国市场从事审计、鉴证等方而的业务，国内会计师事务所面临着巨大的挑战与机遇，由此进入到一个新的发展高峰期。但是大多数国内会计师事务所不注意审计风险控制体系建设，绩效审计不完善，同时也存在不完美的风险体系等，这些问题的存在在很大程度上制约着会计事务所审计风险的控制，不利于南京会计事务所的全面发展。本文以会计事务所的经营现状为研究对象，对其经营过程中所存在的问题进行分析，并针对其存在的问题提出一些解决对策，希望这能够促进会计师事务所的发展。56763
