摘 要：传统成本核算方法扭曲产品成本，错误的核算信息对企业造成的负面作用不容小视，因为它可能直接导致错误的产品定价、错误的生产和营销决策、错误的资源配置方案等等，这些错误都很有可能影响到企业的发展前景。为解决传统成本法的这一弊端，作业成本法作为新的成本核算方法开始登上历史舞台。现以海安鹰球集团有限公司（以下简称鹰球集团）为例子，从鹰球集团使用传统成本法体现出来的弊端，对推行作业成本法的必要性进行阐述，以及对作业成本法运用进行分析论述，对两种方案进行对比归纳。分析鹰球集团应用作业成本法所需要的条件，和在实际运用中应注意的问题。末了，针对这些问题，探讨出相应的解决方案。56924

Abstract：The traditional cost accounting method distorts product costs, while the negative effect the cost of error information caused by the enterprise can not be overlooked, because it can lead directly to product pricing, the error of the production and marketing decisions, the error resource plans and so on, these errors are likely to affect the survival of enterprises. In order to solve this defect of traditional cost accounting method , ABC emerge as the times require as a new method of cost calculation. Taking Haian Eagle ball Group Co. Ltd. (here in after referred to as the eagle ball group) as an example, using the traditional cost method defects from Eagle ball group reflected, the necessity of the use of ABC is described, as well as on the ABC method are analyzed, and then analyzed the two methods. Analysis of the eagle ball group application of ABC requirements, and should pay attention to in the practical application of the problem. Finally, aiming at these problems, discusses the corresponding countermeasures.
