摘  要：随着国际化经济的繁荣和技术的快速发展，企业的财务管理面临着内外部环境导致的诸多挑战。在这样的背景下，传统的财管模式已无法满足企业需求，我国企业必须变革财务管理来提升管理水平。利用高效的的财管方式，企业可以更加迅速地整合经济资源，并且能够及时调整投融资方案以及营运资本的管理方法，更好的实现企业整体的经济目标。本文首先根据我国国情，分析了当前企业通常存在的财务管理问题；另外，以红豆企业为例来介绍一些先进的财务管理方法，并分析这些措施对企业经济效益的促进作用；最后，总结与时俱进的创新财管模式。58347

Abstract：With the in-depth development of economic globalization, enterprise finance management is confronted with a series of internal and external challenges. Under this circumstance, traditional finance management has been unable to meet the demand of enterprises, which means that management reform must be imperative for the sake of management level improvement. With effective measures taken, enterprise can integrate economic resources more quickly, as well as adjust investment / financing scheme or working capital management way in time, which  promises a better realization of business objectives. In this paper, I’ll first analyze the common problems of enterprise financial management in our country; Then, Jiangsu Hodo group will be set as an example to introduce some modern financial management approaches as well as the consequential performance improvement; Finally, the innovative finance management mode, which is keeping pace with the times, will be summarized.
