摘  要：在如今的经济形势下，企业的财务管理的活动贯串于生产经营的全部进程，企业面临着日益复杂的财务危机。资产负债表是财务报表的核心，其能够便于企业报表使用者了解分析企业的财务情况，进而提出相应解决的方案。本文从资产负债表的角度，最初先介绍了资产负债表的概念、布局构成，然后讲述了财务风险的定义、特征、分类，最后对实体企业的资产负债表进行财务分析，从资产、负债、所有者权益三个方面阐述企业的披露的财务风险问题，指出这些问题产生的原因，以使企业能够找到防范措施来降低风险，促进企业的发展。59139

Abstract：In today’s economic conditions, the whole process of enterprise financial management activities in production and management, enterprises is faced with more and more complex financial crisis. The balance sheet is the core of corporate finance in financial statements, it can help the users of financial statements of an enterprise analyze the situation of the enterprise ,then make the corresponding solutions. This paper is based on a balance sheet perspective, introducing the concept of balance sheet firstly； then ，introducing  the definition, characteristics, classification of the financial risk; last but not least, analyzing the financial aspects of the balance sheet for the entities and describing the financial risk of the enterprise from three aspects of assets, liabilities, owner's equity, in order to enable enterprises to find the preventive measures to reduce the risk, promote the development of enterprises.
