摘 要：现金流量表是企业财务报告的重要组成部分，以收付实现制为基础编制，反映企业在一定期间内的现金流入和流出状况，分别按照经营活动、投资活动和筹资活动进行列示，是投资人、债权人、企业管理者等企业利益相关者衡量企业的经营成果、资金运用和周转状况的重要依据。本文通过从上市公司的财务报告中甄别、筛选代表性企业，探讨如何根据现金流量表和其他财务数据，运用趋势分析法、结构分析法、财务比率分析等定性、定量的分析方法，对企业过去的经营状况、未来现金流量前景进行一定的评估与预测，判别企业所处境遇并提出与之相适应的财务战略。59145

Abstract：Cash Flow is an important part of corporate financial reporting, cash basis as the basis, reflecting the business for a certain period of cash inflows and outflows condition, respectively, according to operating activities, investing activities and financing activities listed, it is to invest , creditors, business managers and other corporate stakeholders measure of business operating results, the use of funds and working capital situation of an important basis. By screening from listed companies' financial reports, screening representative firm, to explore ways according to the cash flow statement and other financial data, using trend analysis, structural analysis, financial ratio analysis, qualitative analysis, quantitative, for companies in the past operating conditions, certain cash flow prospects assessment and forecasting future business situation facing discrimination and made with suitable financial strategy.
