摘要物资采购是企业生产经营的前提,采购活动既是实物流的重要组成部分,又与资金流密切相关。受各种因素影响,企业的采购活动存在各种不同风险。对这些风险认识不足、管控不力,将给企业造成巨大的损失。因此,研究供应链环境下的采购风险及其应对策略和方法十分必要。 本文在分析识别采购风险的基础上,明确了主要的采购风险,在阅读文献和历史资料的基础上,构建了指标评价体系并建立了风险评价模型,有针对性的提出了防范风险的措施,希望对企业进行采购风险管理有良好的实践参考作用。 60379

Title The Research of Procurement Risk and Coping Strategies in Supply Chain
Abstract Material purchasing is the premise of enterprise production and business operation, procurement is an important part of physical flow, and is closely related to the cash flow. Influenced by various factors, various risks exist in the procurement activities of the enterprise. Insufficient understanding of these risks and lack of control will cause huge losses to the enterprise. So, the research of procurement risk and coping strategies in supply chain is very necessary. The article summarizes main risks based on the analysis of procurement risks. This paper also builds the index evaluation system and risk evaluation model, basing on reading literature and historical materials. At the end of this article, I put forward some risk prevention measures and hope to have good practical reference guide for managing procurement risks.
